1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Margarine; softened

2 c "Quickie Mix" (see recipe)
1/3 c Sugar
3 tb Orange rind; grated
2 tb Margarine; softened
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1/2 c Water
1 Eggs
Grease and lightly flour an 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine the 1/4 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp. margarine in a
small bowl until mixture is crumbly; reserve.
Combine "Quickie Mix", 1/3 cup sugar and orange rind in a large bow; work
to remaining 2 tbsp. margarine with pastry blender until crumbly; stir in
raisin and nuts.
Mix water with egg; add to "Quickie Mix" stirring just to combine; turn
onto prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved topping.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven 375 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with
confectioner's sugar, if you wish. Serve Warm.
