     Title: PINEAPPLE COCONUT COFFECAKE

     Yield: 1 Coffee cak

   1/2    7-up dough recipe
 1 1/2 c  Pineapple preserves
     1 c  Flaked coconut

 Pre-heat oven 375 . Press dough into greased 9x13" cake pan. Spread
 preserves evenly over dough. Sprinkle coconut on top. Cover; let rise in
 warm place until double, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375  for 25-30 minutes.
 If coconut gets too brown, cover loosely with foil last 5-10 minutes of
 baking. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan. Serve warm or cold.

 NOTE: Any flavor preserves or jam may be used.
