     Title: Pow-Wow Porridge

     Yield: 1 Batch

 2 1/2 c  Water
     1 c  Corn meal
     1 c  Water
          Maple syrup
          Cinnamon

 Bring 2-1/2 cups water to a boil. Mix corn meal with 1 cup cold water
 and add gradually to cooking liquid, keeping it at a boil. Stir
 frequently to keep smooth, cooking for 30 to 40 minutes. Sweeten to
 taste with maple syrup and cinnamon.
