     Title: Feeling Your Oats Porridge

     Yield: 5 Servings

   3/4 c  Oatmeal
   1/4 c  Rye flakes
     1 tb Corn meal
     1 tb Raw wheat germ
     1 tb Bran
 2 3/4 c  Water

 A bowlful of sugary instant oats can turn you into a pacifist, unable
 to attack your morning's work. If you really want to feel your oats
 after breakfast, try this recipe.

 Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. After it's ready, sweeten with honey to
 taste.
