     1 tb Granular soybean lecithin
     1 tb Debittered brewer's yeast
     1 tb Raw wheat germ
     1 tb Safflower oil
     1 tb Bone meal

MMMMM--------------------------PORRIDGE-------------------------------
   1/2 c  Oats
     1 c  Milk
   1/4 c  Raisins
     1 ts Cinnamon

 Suffering from angina, a painful heart condition, chemist Jacobus
 Rinse, Ph.D., was given 10 years to live by his heart specialist, if
 he "took it easy." Studying heart disease, Dr. Rinse concocted this
 "mash" to nourish himself back to health. Now 20 years later, he's
 still eating it every morning with breakfast.

 Cook 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey to taste.
