MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Overnight Sausage & Grits

     Yield: 12 Servings

     3 c  Grits; cooked, hot
 2 1/2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
     1 lb Pork sausage; cooked,
          - crumbled
     3 lg Eggs
 1 1/2 c  Milk
     3 tb Butter; melted
   1/4 ts Garlic powder

 Mix grits, cheese, and sausage. Beat eggs and milk; stir into
 grits. Add butter and garlic powder. Transfer to a greased 13x9"
 baking dish. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight.

 Remove dish from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Set oven @
 350 F/175 C. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in center
 comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
