MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini Tempura
Categories: Japanese, Zucchini
     Yield: 6 Servings

     6 c  Zucchini;
          - sliced in 1/2" strips
          Salt & pepper
   1/3 c  Flour
     2    Eggs; beaten; diluted with:
   1/3 c  Milk
   1/3 c  Dry bread crumbs

 Dredge squash strips in seasoned flour. Dip into egg mixture and then
 into bread crumbs. Spread strips on cookie sheet and chill
 thoroughly. At serving time, fry zucchini in hot fat until browned.
 Drain briefly on paper toweling and serve immediately.
