MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Carrot & Zucchini Julienne
Categories: Vegetables, Zucchini
     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 md Carrots; peeled
     3 md Zucchini; scrubbed
     2 tb Margarine; melted
     2 tb Fresh dill; chopped
          Salt & white pepper;
          - to taste

 Cut carrots & zucchini into strips about 3" long & 1/4" wide. Place
 carrots into a steamer; place zucchini on top of carrots. Steam until
 zucchini is just tender. Transfer vegetables to large bowl. Sprinkle
 dill over melted butter & pour over steamed vegetables. Toss to
 combine. Season to taste.
