6 Eggs
1/2 c Flour
1 tb Soy sauce
1 c Celery or waterchestnut;
-(optional)
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Onion; (optional)
4 c Zucchini; grated & drained
1/2 c Meat; pre-cooked, (optional)
Mix eggs, soy sauce, and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Use 1/3
cup per patty. Shape and fry in pan.
