     Title: Zucchini and Walnut Sour Cream Pancakes

     Yield: 6 Servings

 1 1/3 c  Milk
     1 c  Sour cream
     2    Eggs
     1 tb Melted butter
     2 c  Baking mix
     1 c  Grated zucchini; squeeze dry
   1/4 c  Walnuts; chopped

 In a large bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, eggs and melted butter. Mix
 thoroughly.  Add the baking mix and stir until just combined. Add the
 zucchini and walnuts. Pour onto a lightly grilled 400 degree griddle or
 frying pan.
