                        Sweet Potato Apple Bake

  3      md            Sweet potatoes --
                       - cooked, peeled, and sliced
  2      lg            Apples -- unpeeled, thinly slice
    1/3  c             Golden raisins
    1/4  c             Almonds -- toasted and chopped
  2      tb            Butter -- melted
    1/3  c             Brown sugar -- packed
    1/2  c             Quick cooking oats
  2      ts            Lemon zest -- grated

In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, apples, raisins, and almonds.

Spoon into a shallow 1-1/2 qt greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and lemon peel;
sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 F for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
