                        Spinach Squares Supreme

  1       pk           Spinach -- thawed & drained
  1       lb           Monterey jack -- cubed
    3/4   c            Flour
  1       c            Milk
  1       ts           Baking powder
  5       tb           Butter
  2                    Eggs -- beaten

 Mix and pour in 7x11" pan.

 Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes (or 350 F for 45 minutes).

 Cool and cut.  May be served warm or cold.
