MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cheesy Spinach
Categories: Greens, Cheese
     Yield: 8 Servings

    20 oz Chopped spinach (2 boxes);
          - thawed, squeezed dry
     2 c  Cottage cheese
 1 1/2 c  Velveeta; diced
     3 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
   1/4 c  Butter; diced
   1/4 c  A-P flour
     1 ts Salt

 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 3 qt
 slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low;
 cook 4 to 5 hours longer or until a knife inserted in the center
 comes out clean.
