MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Swiss Chard With Onions & Garlic
Categories: Greens, Nuts, Vegetables
     Yield: 6 Servings

     2 tb Olive oil
     2 md Onions; chopped
     6 cl Garlic; sliced
   1/2 c  White balsamic vinegar
     2 bn Swiss chard; coarse chopped
          - (16 c)
   1/2 c  Walnut halves; toasted
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 In a 6 qt stockpot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions;
 cook and stir until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.

 Add vinegar, stirring to loosen any browned bits from pot. Add
 remaining ingredients; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until chard is
 tender, stirring occasionally.
