     Title: Better Brussels Sprouts
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Nuts
     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 tb Coconut oil
    16 oz Fresh Brussels sprouts;
          - halved
   1/3 c  Onions; sliced
   1/2 c  Cashews; coarse chopped
     1 ts Granulated garlic
          Salt & pepper

 In a large heavy skillet or wok, heat coconut oil over medium heat.
 Add Brussels sprouts; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add onion slices;
 cook 3 minutes longer, stirring every 20 to 30 seconds. Add cashews
 and garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
