2 lb Carrots, sliced and cooked
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
1/2 c Oil
1 cn Tomato soup
1/4 c Vinegar
3/4 c Sugar
1 tb Dry mustard
1 tb Worchesteshire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Drain carrots and put in large bowl. Saute 1 onion and 1 green pepper
in 1/2 cup oil until soft. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil,
simmer until blended. Pour over carrots and mix well. Cover and
refrigerate. They can be eaten warm or cold. Don't forget to brush
your teeth after this!
