MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spectacular Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Categories: Potatoes, Cheese, Herbs
     Yield: 5 Servings

     1 lb Fingerling potatoes
     3 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
     3 tb Fresh parsley; minced
     1 tb Fresh rosemary; minced -OR-
     1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
     1 tb Butter; melted
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 425 F/218 C.

 Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to
 a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer to
 a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients;
 drizzle over potatoes and toss to coat.

 Bake, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
