MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mashed Potatoes
Categories: Five, Potates, Dairy
     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 lb Russet potatoes; peeled,
          - diced
   1/2 c  Warm whole milk or
          - heavy whipping cream
   1/4 c  Butter; in cubes
   3/4 ts Salt
     1 ds Pepper

 Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a
 boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, until easily pierced
 with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain.

 In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in milk,
 salt, and pepper; heat through. Pour over potatoes; mash until
 light and fluffy.
