MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Garlic & Herb Mashed Potatoes

     Yield: 10 Servings

     4 lb Yukon Gold potatoes;
          - peeled, diced
     8 oz Cream cheese;
          - diced, softened
   1/2 c  Butter; in cubes
     1 c  Sour cream
   1/3 c  Heavy whipping cream
     3 tb Fresh chives; minced
     1 tb Fresh parsley; minced
     3 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Fresh thyme; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Place potatoes and water to cover in a 6 qt stockpot; bring to
 a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until tender, 10 to 15
 minutes. Drain potatoes; return to pot. Mash potatoes, gradually
 adding cream cheese and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.

 Transfer to a greased 3 or 4 qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low
 to allow flavors to blend, 2 to 3 hours.
