MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Creamed Potatoes

     Yield: 6 Servings

     6 md Potatoes (2 lb); peeled,
          - in 1/2" cubes
     3 tb Butter
   1/4 c  A-P flour
     1 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     2 c  Milk
          Paprika
          Fresh parsley; minced

 Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a
 boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until
 tender. Meanwhile, in another saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the
 flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to
 a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

 Drain potatoes and place in a large serving bowl. Add cream sauce;
 toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
