MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Rich & Creamy Mashed Potatoes

     Yield: 10 servings

 3 3/4 c  Water; boiling
 1 1/2 c  Milk
     8 oz Cream cheese; softened
   1/2 c  Butter; diced
   1/2 c  Sour cream
     4 c  Mashed potato flakes
     1 ts Garlic salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
          Fresh parsley; minced (optional)

 In a greased 4 qt slow cooker, whisk the boiling water,
 milk, cream cheese, butter and sour cream until smooth.
 Stir in the potato flakes, garlic salt and pepper. Cover
 and cook on low until heated through, 2-3 hours.
 Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
