5 lg Potatoes; baked or boiled
3 tb Ghee
1 ts Salt
1 ds Black pepper
2 Minced green chilies
3 tb Water or soy milk
Fresh parsley for garnish
Mash the potatoes sans their skins. Add all the ingredients. Use
warmed water or soy milk. Whisk until creamy with a fork. Serve
immediately or keep warm in a double broiler.
