2 lg (or 4 sm) potatoes
2 c Milk
1 lg Piece of cheese
2 tb Butter
1 md Onion
Salt & pepper
Wash, peel and slice thinly, potatoes and onions. Place
layer of potatoes, dot with cheese and several slices of
onion. Add salt and pepper. Continue this until you use
all of the potatoes and onions. On top of this put a
layer of cheese.
Cover with the milk and bake in oven until potatoes are
tender when tried with a fork.
