                      New Potatoes In White Sauce

  1 1/2  C.            freshly dug potatoes (small) -- (1 1/2 to 2)
  1      Tbsp.         cornstarch
  1      C.            milk
  2      Tbsp.         oleo
    1/4  Tsp.          salt
    1/4  Tsp.          white pepper

Wash skins of potatoes off and boil until tender. Mix
cornstarch into milk until smooth; add oleo, salt and pepper.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil
1 minute.
Pour over potatoes and serve.
