                        Crisp Baked New Potatoes

  6      Oz.           cooked whole new potatoes -- chilled
  1      Tbsp.         plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
  1      Tbsp.         reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/4  Tsp.          salt free seasoning -- herb
  1      Dash          pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each potato into 4 wedges and
transfer to a small bowl. Set aside. In a small saucepan or
metal measuring container, melt margarine; add soy sauce and
stir to combine. Pour margarine mixture over potatoes and toss
to coat. Transfer potatoes to a nonstick baking sheet brushed
with any remaining margarine mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings
and bake for 1 hour or until crisp.
