1/4 c Milk -- nonfat
1 c Yogurt -- nonfat
2 tb Mayonnaise -- reduced calorie
4 tb Reduced fat cheese -- grated
2 ts Mustard -- coarse ground
4 oz Can dried red pepper (optional)
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix with pulp of baked
potatoes, and refill shells. Return to oven and heat for 2 to 3
minutes, or until hot.
