     Title: Roasted Pesto Potatoes

     Yield: 4 servings


     3/4 c  store bought pesto
   1 1/2 lb red potatoes -- cut into 1 "
 :          chunks

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss
 together the pesto and the potatoes. Spread the
 potatoes out on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or
 until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
