Fried Potatoes

1 md Potato
1 tb Margarine or vegetable oil
    Seasoning; to taste
    Salt; to taste

Cut potatoes into pieces (with the way I cut them up this ends up
being about 1/4 x 1/2 x 1")

Melt margarine in frying pan over campfire or on stove.

Add potatoes, seasoning, and salt and stir/turn regularly (about once
every 5 min, but use your judgement on this depending on cooking
temperature) until golden brown.

Remove from heat and serve immediately. (Though they taste good cold,
too.)

Yield: 1 Serving
