MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Whirled Peas
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Dairy
     Yield: 4 servings

     2 c  Frozen green peas
   1/2 c  Water
   1/4 c  Plain milk
     1 tb Butter
          Salt & pepper

 Boil peas in the water for about 2 minutes. Do not
 overcook them. Drain.

 Put peas, milk, salt, pepper and vegan butter in a
 blender and blend until smooth. (You can also use a food
 processor or immersion blender.)

 Yes, it looks like baby food but it's a nice and a much
 lower calorie alternative to mashed potatoes. Plus, it's
 tasty, despite the silly name I've given it.
