                          Zesty Buttered Peas

  2      tb            Butter
 10      oz            Frozen peas -- thawed
  1      c             Celery -- sliced
    1/2  c             Onion -- chopped
  1      tb            Fresh savory -OR-
  1 1/2  ts            Dried savory
    1/2  ts            Salt (optional)
  2      tb            Pimientos -- diced

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan; add the next 5 ingredients. Cover
and cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are
tender. Stir in pimientos.
