Preheat the oven to 400 Deg. F. Butter a shallow baking dish. Wipe the
mushroom caps clean. Melt the butter in a small pan. Dip the mushroom
caps in the melted butter and coat thoroughly. Place the mushroom caps,
saucer side up. Squeeze a few days of lemon juice over each oyster and
drizzle the remaining butter over each. Put in the oven 8-10 minutes.
Serves hot or cold

NOTES : Plump toothsome bites. Arrange five or six on a plate with
toast and a mound of freshly cooked spinach.
