Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until
crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain green beans well.
Stir sesame seeds in large nonstick skillet over high heat until
golden, about 1 minute. Transfer seeds to small bowl. Add hoisin
sauce, soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce to skillet. Stir water and
cornstarch in small bowl until cornstarch dissolves; stir into
mixture in skillet. Add green beans to skillet. Place skillet over
medium-high heat. Toss beans until sauce thickens and coats beans,
about 2 minutes. Mix in green onions. Transfer to shallow bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
