     Title: Walnut & Pecan Pesto Green Beans

     Yield: 15 Servings

   1/2 c  Fresh basil leaves
   1/2 c  Fresh parsley leaves
   1/2 c  Fresh spinach leaves
     3 oz Pecans; toasted & chopped
     3 oz Walnuts; toasted & chopped
   1/2 ts Salt
     3 oz Extra virgin olive oil
     1 ts Fresh garlic; fine chopped
     9 c  Cooked green beans;
          - well drained

 Put basil, parsley, spinach, pecans, walnuts, and salt in food
 processor and mix until you have coarse puree.

 Combine oil and garlic, add to mixture and mix until fully
 incorporated.

 Combine with cooked green beans and toss.

 Cover, label, date, and refrigerate.

 Per serving: Cal: 150, Sodium: 85 mg, Sugar: 2 g, Carbs: 6 g,
 Cholesterol: 0 mg, Sat fat: 1.5 g, Fiber: 3 g, Protein: 2 g
