Title: Lemon Sauced Green Beans

10 oz Pkg frozen frenched green
- beans
1 oz Cream cheese; up to 3 oz
1 Egg yolk
1 tb Lemon juice
Paprika
Salt
Cook the frozen frenched green beans in boiling salted water
according to package directions until tender. In a small saucepan
stir softened cream cheese, egg yolk, and lemon juice together. Heat
until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Serve over hot,
drained cooked beans. Sprinkle a little paprika over bean and sauce
servings.
