4 (15 ounces) cans green beans, drained
1/2 pounds extra lean ham, chopped
1 (8 ounces) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional)
1 (12 ounces) can fat free evaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon Butter Buds Sprinkles
2 tablespoon cornstarch
Spray crock pot with nonfat cooking spray. In cooker, mix together
the green beans, ham, mushrooms, evaporated milk, Butter Buds, and
cornstarch. Cover and cook for 5 hours on low. Serve hot.
