     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Zucchini
     8 oz Canned mandarine oranges
   1/4 ts Nutmeg
   1/4 c  Slivered almonds, toasted

 Cut the zucchini into slices.  Steam until tender.
  Add the orange slices and the nutmeg.  Sprinkle with
