MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Scalloped Corn
Categories: Vegetables, Dairy, Breads
     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 lg Eggs
     1 c  Milk
     3 tb Butter; melted
     1 tb Sugar
     1 tb Onion; fine chopped
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     4 c  Corn niblets
   3/4 c  Crushed saltines; divided

 Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.

 In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients until blended.
 Stir in corn and 1/2 cup crushed saltines.

 Transfer to a greased 1-1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining
 saltines. Bake, uncovered, 55 to 65 minutes or until golden brown
 and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
