     Title: Thyme-Roasted Carrots
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 12 Servings

     3 lb Medium carrots; halved
          - lengthwise
     2 tb Fresh thyme; minced -OR-
     2 ts Dried thyme
     2 tb Oil
     1 tb Honey
     1 ts Salt

 Seat oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 Divide carrots between 2 greased 15x10x1" baking pans. In a small
 bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey, and salt; brush over carrots. Roast
 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
