     Title: Savory Roasted Carrots With Mushrooms

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Fresh baby carrots
     1 md Onion; in small wedges
   1/2 lb Small fresh mushrooms
   1/4 c  Butter; melted
     2 tb Worcestershire sauce
     2 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 425 F/218 C.

 Place carrots, onion, and mushrooms in a greased 15x10x1" baking
 pan. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over
 vegetables and toss to coat. Roast 40 to 45 minutes or until
 carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
