MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Glazed Ranch Carrots
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 12 Servings

     2 lb Fresh baby carrots
   1/2 c  Butter; in cubes
   1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed
     2 oz Ranch salad dressing mix
          - (2 env)
          Fresh parsley; minced (optional)

 Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1" of water. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutesor until
 crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

 In the same pan, combine the butter, brown sugar, and salad
 dressing mix until blended. Add carrots. Cook and stir over medium
 heat for 5 minutes or until glazed. Sprinkle with parsley, if
 desired.
