             Steamed Carrots With Basil And Rosemary <R T>

  6                    Carrots -- Peel, Diagonal Cut
 10                    Fresh Basil Leaves
  4      Sprigs        Fresh Rosemary

I peeled and diagonally sliced the carrots.  Put the fresh basil leaves and
rosemary in the bottom of the electric steamer and put the carrots on top.
Steamed them for 15 min (until they were still a bit crunchy).

These had a very nice flavor.
