1 16 oz pkg baby carrots
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
Place carrots and water in a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and
microwave on HIGH for 5-7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meahwhile,
melt butter in a skillet; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook over low
heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add carrots; cook and stir for
2 minutes or until glazed.
