     Title: Burdock and Carrot Saute

     1 tb Sesame oil
     2 md Carrots; cut into
          -matchsticks
     1 md Burdock; root cut into
          -matchsticks

 Heat the sesame oil. Saute the carrot and burdock for a few minutes.
