1 ea Broccoli, bundle
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Salad oil
1/2 ea Garlic clove, minced
2 ts Lemon juice
6 c Boiling water
Prepare broccoli, wash and drain. Split stalks. Place
in large sauce- pan with boiling water and salt. Cover
and cook until tender (10 minutes). Drain.
Heat garlic and oil in a small pan. Add broccoli;
sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Cook until broccoli
is heated through.
