                           Broccoli With Ginger

   1      ts            Sesame oil
   1      tb            Ginger -- finely chopped
   3                    Green onions -- chopped
   1 1/2  lb            Broccoli flowerets
   1      tb            Soy sauce
   1      tb            Balsamic vinegar
     1/2  ts            Honey

Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add ginger and green onions and cook
gently for one minute, or until fragrant.

Add broccoli and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, just until it loses
its rawness.

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and honey. Add to skillet and cook for
1 minute, or just until broccoli is tender. Taste and adjust
seasonings if necessary.

Original recipe calls for asparagus, with sugar snap peas and
broccoli as suggested substitutes.
