     Title: Broccoli with Cashews

     Yield: 6 servings

     1 lg Bunch fresh broccoli
          -or 2 pkgs frozen
     2 tb Onion minced
     2 tb Butter
     1 c  Sour cream
     2 ts Sugar
     1 ts Vinegar
   1/2 ts Poppy seeds
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Paprika
     1 c  Roasted cashews

 Preheat oven to 325 F. Cook broccoli in water until
 crisp. Saute onion in butter.  Stir in sour cream and
 remaining ingredients, except cashews. Layer broccoli
 in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish and cover with
 sauce. Sprinkle with cashews and bake uncovered for 25
 minutes.
