                      Asparagus With Mustard Sauce

  1 1/2  Lb.           asparagus -- cleaned and cut in
                       pieces
    1/4  C.            water
    1/3  C.            mayonnaise
  1      Tsp.          minced fresh parsley
  1      Tsp.          prepared mustard
    1/2  Tsp.          onion salt
    1/8  Tsp.          white pepper

Total Cooking Time: 7 to 9 minutes.
In 2 quart microproof casserole combine asparagus and
water. Cover. Cook on High (maximum power) 6 to 7 minutes, or
until tender, stirring once during cooking time; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing lightly to coat asparagus.
Cook on High (maximum power) 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Note: Two packages (9 ounces each) frozen cut asparagus
can be substituted for fresh asparagus; omit water.
