MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Roasted Asparagus

     Yield: 1 servings

     1 lb Asparagus spears; (thick is
          -better)
   1/2 tb Olive oil
     2    Cloves garlic; minced
     1 pn Kosher salt
     1 pn Black pepper
          Drizzle lemon juice or
          -balsamic vinegar
          Grated Parmesan cheese

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Break off tough ends of asparagus. Lay
 spears in single layer in baking dish or foil covered roasting pan.
 Drizzle olive oil over spears, roll spears until covered. Sprinkle
 minced garlic, salt, pepper. Cook 8-10 minutes, until lightly brown &
 tender. Drizzle with lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Top with grated
 Parmesan cheese.
