                         Lemon-Sesame Asparagus

 12      Oz.           fresh asparagus spears or 1 (8 oz.) pkg.
                       frozen
  1      Tbsp.         butter or margarine
  2      Tsp.          sesame seed
  2      Tsp.          lemon juice

Wash and trim fresh asparagus. Cook, covered, in
boiling salted water 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, heat and stir butter and sesame seed
over low heat about 5 minutes or until seeds are golden brown.
Add lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Drain asparagus; remove
to heated serving dish. Pour lemon mixture over hot asparagus.
Serve immediately. Serves 4. Contains 56 calories per serving.
