MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sweet Potato Stuffing
Categories: Potatoes, Vegetables, Nuts, Breads, Herbs
     Yield: 10 Servings

   1/4 c  Butter; in cubes
   1/2 c  Celery; chopped
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 c  Chicken broth
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
   1/2 ts Rubbed sage
   1/2 ts Pepper
     6 c  Dry bread cubes
     1 lg Sweet potato;
          - cooked, peeled, diced
   1/4 c  Pecans; chopped

 In a 6 qt stockpot, heat butter over medium-high heat; saute celery
 and onion until tender. Stir in broth and seasonings. Stir in
 remaining ingredients.

 Transfer to a greased 3 qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until
 heated through, about 4 hours.
